| new car |

so this highly suspect pile of rust and spare parts will soon (hopefully) become a wonderful two seater sports car for me to play with. sharon and i went and collected it yesterday afternoon, massive mission with the giant trailer of death but in the end managed to get car back and carefully (avoiding hitting next doors cars) unloaded into the garage. so the main question is where to begin i suppose |

well everything seems to be going well at the moment.
on friday i am missioning it up to tottington to collect my newest toy, a wonderful early birthday present from sharon, a 60% complete robin hood kit car, basically a lotus seven replica so i will be back in the realms of having a completely impractical and greatly amusing car capable of making me smile through acceleration again. once complete shouold have acceleration to match most supercars combined with an enjoyable top speed of around 160-180mph only two seats with a boot space that measures in square inches ratheer than feet so not very practical but definetly able to put a smile on my face. will be asking for help with various articles around the car that i cannot do or can't do alone (eg the car electrics) with a bit of luck and some hard work on my part should be ready in time for the summer.
on top of that the journey up to collect the car will mean going very close to the warehouse outlet of alternative footwear so will swing by there to pick up some ridiculous shoes for myself and sharon with any luck.
other than that nothing really to report other than my complete skintness caused by the evil car insurance company not taking my direct debits since october and then demanding i catch up in one week, ah well all those hours at work totally wasted as i dont get to enjoy the money at all, but hopefully hours will be going up soon and i will have money for enjoyment again.
my birthday on 16th of march and as nightmare returns on the 15th this will probably end up being my party of choice with hopefully an after party back at mine after so please attend as would be lovely to see you all.

yeah so i suppose i should update this, not really been online or doing anything very much recently, this is mostly due to the fact i have been working every hour i can at my new job in an attempt to solve my standard economic ruin, been so long since i actually had free cash that i am not sure i will know how to manage with it.
so with a bit of luck i will actually start to have money for enjoying myself again soon which will be nice, the other reason i haven't been out and about as much is i have a new girlfriend in the form of sharon.
This has been taking up the remaining free time away from work as we actually seem to get on remarkably well, quite nice to find a girl who is not a total headcase for once.
other than that, become so bored with my car that i just want it to break so i have a decent excuse to get another one, decided to stretch my ears again. probably going to start construction of a kit car soon (dependant on finding an appropriate donor car) so anticipate a silly toy to be in evidence by summer. still attempting to source a cheap american car to restore for amusement and profit. Emma is finally moving out of my house which whilst not only nice to be away from her but also nice to actually be able to tidy and sort my room out.
other than that been playing two worlds on sharon's goth black new xbox 360 and attempting to sleep a bit more.
oh and have achieved more than a month without touching any drugs which is novel to say the least.
so will attempt to update this a bit more regularly but no promises as too busy trying to have a life

| new job |

well new job at see tickets seems to be working out well, i am working loads of hours so that is all good and will mean i can finally sort my life out a bit.
in even better news have made a new contact who owns an american specialist breakers yard, hopefully going to visit his wonderous playground next week or maybe after xmas, due to relationship to a friend of mine (dads best mate) we are going on the premise of looking at some wrecks that he has sitting about that should be available at fuck all due to special favours, this is hopefully going to be the source of my new hot rod project, if not he has said that he definetly has some muscle cars that would do as a perfect project for us, cant wait so excited going to be like a kid in a sweet shop, he has sent us some photos of some of teh options that he is willing to give us and i am already starting to drool at the mouth, ah well will keep you all informed of what sillly porject we end up with and what the end result should be
well hopefully see you all before xmas if not see you all in the new year

well i finally have the sembalance of a real job, had an interview with see tickets today and got the job, so i start on tuesday, thankfuly this new full time permanent work will get my parents of my case and stop them threatening to sell my house so thats a relief. also alex form loughborough is moving in which will help withthe rent and bills etc, plus he is awesome so bonus to have a cool new housemate.
so i appear to be getting my life back on track which is nice, just need to find myself some attractive young lady and all will be wonderful.
got assualt to look forward to tonihgt with horrorboy and some friends from loughborough coming over to mine before hand to get a little tipsy before we begin should be a good night. tomorrow is the rocksoc trip to sheffield to the corporation so that should be good as i dont think i have ever had a bad night on a rocksoc trip adn i do like the ebm/industrial room at corp so all should be wonderful.
now i just need to find something to wear for tonight, bugger i am such a girl |

| got my computer back |

ah soo pleased after the fatal blue screen of death my pc is back in working order, apart from no sound which is weird but andy is coming in a bit to fix that, cant believe how lost i was without my pc for only 4 days, sad but true i am actually getting attached to the internet, cant complain too badly as i have had a really fun couple of days in loughborough, met some cool new people and misbehaved a lot. so getting out of the house not all bad.
strangely one of the highlights was monday 4 am in the morning deciding to go buy ice cream, local tesco closed cos of sunday so mission to notts to shop, sadly peice of shit espace broke down about half way and we ended up pushing it until i was picked up by a security guard and driven off to buy fuel, was most ammusing as we appeared to be stuck in teen horror movie hell.
ah well nice to be back online tho |

just found out from mark that he and i are hopefully going to be judges in the cannabis cup next year in amsterdam 1 week 180 cafes each one giving us approx a 16th of an ounce (each) of the products they are entering (upto 3 varieties from each cafe) well i am sure it will be a lot of fun, not sure how much i will remember will def try and write some of it down or maybe take a dictaphone, wow gonna take a month to recover but totally worth it, how much of my poor fragile mind will survive is anyones guess but i will step once more into the breach dear friends

ah finally woken up, feeling knackered, and now my 24hr tiding marathon begins, thankfully becky is coming over later to help as well so that will be good. only other thing i have to look forward to is inkymitts is taking my fake hair out today so i will be able to wash and then run my fingers through my hair, sad that i am really looking for ward to that |

had a full day of work today, got to texaco garage for 9.30 went to wembley so didnt start till 2 then worked till midnight then just got home at 3 and all this for only 10 hours of paid work wow my life sucks. parents arrive friday not really looking forward to that but suppose it is about time i let them come up again, looking forward to assualt other than that not really a lot going on in the life of matt. |

other than that life is good i suppose, want to meet a nice young lady to play with but that seems to be going really badly, looking round the places i go and no one is single or not a mate so not sure what i am gonna do about that, ah well, sat watching heroes season 1 all the way through again so fun fun
